Our offer usually based on FOB Hong Kong incoterms, but we can arrange both air shipment and sea shipment for customers, for UPS air shipment, the freight charge is 41% discount of public price, and for sea shipment, the freight charge is according to duly sea freight.

We accept both bank transfer payment and on time paypal payment, when you select T/T bank transfer, you can pay based on the amount in proforma invoice, but if you pay through paypal ， please add extra 4% to the total amount, this is charged by paypal service center.

The time given for delivery ex works is estimated only and not in any way guaranteed, for sample order from stock storage, we ship immediately upon customer’s payment, for repeat large order need new production, the lead time is up to the detailed quantity and determined by buyer and seller’s agreement, every endeavor will be made to meet the delivery given in good faith.

Our products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of invoice against electrical breakdown or mechanical failure resulting from defective materials and/or workmanship providing the breakdown or failure is not due to misuse or operation under adverse conditions. Any unit proving faulty and covered by the provisions of this guarantee must be returned to our works complete, carriage paid, for examination when it will be repaired or replaced at our option. Units that have been dismantled, carbon brushes, capacitors and flexible cables are excepted from this guarantee.

Contracts and orders are accepted subject to above conditions of sale, unless expressly accepted in writing.
